CRITEOのDEIへの取り組み

社員有志で運営されている「プライドコミュニティー」が、LGBTQIA＋の社員とアライ（支援者）を含め、すべての社員が自分らしく働くことができ、社員としてサポートされていると実感できる、オープンで包括的な職場環境を目指して活動しています。

コミュニティーのメンバーを中心に、世界中で開催されるダイバーシティやインクルージョンを推進するイベントに積極的に参加。年間を通じて行われる社内研修やイベントのほか、ブログでもDEIの取り組みを活動を広く発信しています。
