参加方法

イベント2日間会場内に設置するパレード専用受付ブースにて1人ずつ受付を行ったうえで、パレードにご参加ください。複数人まとめての受付はできません。
Please register individually at the dedicated parade registration booth set up at the event site on both days before participating in the parade. Group registrations are not accepted.
また、事前に参加者を募集しているグループもございます。本ページ下部「出展グループ」をご確認のうえ、出展グループへ直接お申し込みいただきます。
Some groups are also recruiting participants in advance. Please check the "Exhibiting Groups" at the bottom of this page and apply directly to the exhibiting group. If you have applied in advance, please follow the directions of the group to which you have applied.

パレード受付にて選んだグループのリストバンドを受け取る。

※1人1枚ずつ受け取ってください。複数枚まとめてお渡しできません。
※受付が必要となる年齢は小学生以上となり、未就学児は受付の必要はございません。
※リストバンドは必ず手首に着用した状態でご参加をお願いします。
受け取り後、紛失した場合は再度受付していただきますので、ご注意ください。

Receive wristbands for your chosen group at the parade reception desk.

*Please pick up your wristband. Note that we can not provide one person with more than one wristband. Each individual needs to pick up their wristband in person.

*Registration is required for participants who are elementary school students or older. Preschool children do not need to register.

Please make sure to wear the wristband on your wrist while marching in the parade. If you lose it after receiving it, you will be asked to re-register.

※当日の道路状況や警察からの指示等によって、出発時間が前後する場合がございます。

When it's time to line up, please form a line on the zelkova tree-lined street (towards Shibuya station) and wait for departure.

Line-up and departure times will vary for each group and will be announced at registration.

To reduce congestion, please do not line up before the designated start time.

Please note that departure times may vary depending on road conditions and instructions from the police on the day of the event.

The status of lineup and departure will be displayed on the vision car on the zelkova tree-lined avenue, so please use it as a reference for lineup.

TRP2023 プライドパレードルートマップ

パレードの趣旨

『東京レインボープライド2023』は、LGBTQをはじめとするセクシュアル・マイノリティの存在を社会に広め、「“性”と“生”の多様性」を祝福するイベントです。その趣旨に沿った表現や内容となるようお願いします。
パレードの趣旨に反するメッセージ（特定の個人・団体等を誹謗中傷したり、偏見や差別を助長したりするような表現や内容）はおやめください。
本パレードは、警察への申請上はデモ行進（集団示威行為）であり、企業等の大々的な商業宣伝活動はできないことをご了承ください。
Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2023 is an event that aims to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities in society and celebrate diversity in gender and lifestyle.
We request that all expressions and content during the parade align with the event’s purpose.
Please refrain from expressions that contradict the parade’s purpose, such as messages that slander or defame specific individuals or groups, or promote prejudice or discrimination.
For the purpose of registration to authorities and police, this parade is considered a public protest or street demonstration.
Large-scale commercial advertising activities by companies during the parade are not permitted.

パレード中の注意事項

行進は5列縦列です。隣の車線を走行する車両に気をつけ、車線をはみ出ないように歩きましょう。
グループ間の移動や沿道への出入りは、緊急時以外（トイレ・体調不良等）できません。また、沿道から途中参加はできません。
参加者の年齢制限はございません。受付が必要となる年齢は小学生以上となり、未就学児は受付の必要はございません。
ベビーカーや車椅子でもご参加いただけます。コース上に坂道があるため、ご注意ください。
ペットと一緒にご参加いただけますが、周りの迷惑にならないよう、一緒に歩かれる方の責任にもと、抱いたり、リールの着用などを行ってください。
パレードで歩行しながらのSNS等のライブ配信や動画撮影等はお控えください。
撮影されると困る場合は、帽子やサングラス等、ご自身で対策をお願いします。
個人記録用の撮影を除き、パレードの写真・動画を撮影する際は、プレス受付を行っていただき、沿道から撮影をお願いします。
整列時やパレード中の飲酒・喫煙は固くお断りします。
服装については、日中に繁華街を行進することを考慮した上で、自分らしさを表現してください。
局部や下着が見えるなど過度な露出のある服装はお控えください。
パレード中に出たゴミは、各自必ず持ち帰るようお願いします。
公園帰着後は、出入り口付近に滞留せず、解散の指示があるまでスタッフの誘導に従ってお進みください。
整列場所で音楽を流したり、楽器を演奏したりすることはできません。
何か問題が発生した場合は、近くのボランティアスタッフに遠慮なくお伝えください。
警察官やスタッフが巡回しています。何か指示があった場合は、速やかにその指示に従ってください。
パレードは「雨天決行、荒天中止」です。その他、地震、伝染病等の不測の事態によって、やむなく変更または中止となる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
雨天時、傘の使用は危険なため、カッパやポンチョの着用を推奨します。
出展グループに記載の出発順は変更となる場合がございますので、会場へお越しになる前に、必ず本ページやTRP公式SNS等の確認をお願いします。

Parade precautions

The march is organized in rows of five people. Please be aware of vehicles traveling in the adjacent lane and ensure that you do not step out of your lane while walking.
Movement between groups or entering or leaving the roadside is not permitted except in cases of emergency, such as needing to use the restroom or feeling unwell. Joining the parade from the roadside is also not allowed.
There is no age restriction for participants. Registration is required for those who are in elementary school or older, while preschool children do not need to register.
Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Please note that there are a few hills on the parade course.
Pets are welcome to join the parade, but it is the responsibility of their owners to ensure that they are either carried or kept on a leash to prevent them from disturbing others.
For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from live-streaming on social networking sites or taking videos while walking in the parade.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the parade, please take measures to conceal your identity, such as wearing hats or sunglasses.
For all non-personal use recordings, please visit the press reception desk if you wish to take photos or videos of the parade, and film from the side of the road.
Drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited while lining up and marching in the parade.
Regarding attire, please express yourself in a way that takes into account the fact that you will be marching downtown during the day.
Please refrain from wearing clothing that is excessively revealing, such as clothing that shows your private parts or your underwear.
Please be sure to take all trash back with you and do not litter during the parade.
After returning to the park after the parade, please do not stay near the entrance and follow the guidance of the staff instructing you to disperse.
No music or musical instruments may be played while waiting in the line-up area.
If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to inform the nearest volunteer staff member.
Police officers and staff members will be patrolling the area. If you receive any instructions from them, please follow them promptly.
The parade will take place regardless of weather conditions, except in the event of a storm. However, please note that it may be also subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes or epidemics. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
In the event of rain, the use of umbrellas is dangerous and wearing a kappa or poncho is recommended.
The departure order of the exhibitor groups is subject to change, so please be sure to check this page or TRP's official SNS before coming to the venue.
