シスメックスはLGBTQ当事者にとって安心して働ける環境作りに取り組んでいます。LGBTQ+への理解・支援を表明するため、毎年プライド月間の期間中は、世界中のシスメックスグループ各社がSNS公式アカウントのプロフィール画像にレインボーフラッグを取り入れています。

• パートナーシップ登録制度
  2020年度より、パートナーシップ登録制度を導入し、同性のパートナーを戸籍上の配偶者と同等に扱うことができるようになりました。

• 意識・風土醸成
  LGBTQ+について考えるラウンドテーブルやLGBTQ+を題材とした映画の上映イベントを開催し、従業員が相互に価値観を共有し、自由に意見交換できる場を設けています。また、イントラネット専用サイトでは、性的マイノリティへの理解を深めるための情報を発信し、理解の浸透を進めています。

• 教育、研修
  LGBTQ+のeラーニング資料の提供、「」の視点から職場環境改善について学ぶことができる入門用テキストの貸し出しを行っています。特に、新規入社者や新任役職者に対しては、ハラスメントやコンプライアンスの観点からも性的マイノリティに対する学習の機会を設けています。また、全従業員を対象としたアンコンシャスバイアス研修を実施し、多様性・それぞれの価値観を尊重できるような職場作りにつながる施策も行っています。

• Business for Marriage Equality(BME)への賛同
  Business for Marriage Equalityは婚姻の平等(同性婚の法制化)に賛同する企業を可視化することで、同性婚の法整備をビジネス側から加速させようと始まったキャンペーンプロジェクトです。シスメックスはすべての人が自分らしく自分に誇りをもって幸せに暮らしていくことのできる社会の実現の一歩になることを願い、Business for Marriage Equalityに賛同表明しています。

【LGBTQ Initiatives】
Sysmex has incorporated a rainbow flag in the profile images of the official social media account for each Sysmex Group company to demonstrate our understanding of and support for LGBTQ people.

• Partnership Registration System
  In fiscal 2020, Sysmex Corporation established a partnership registration system, under which partners in same-sex relationships are recognized as spouses.

• Fostering awareness and culture
  We hold LGBTQ discussion roundtables and LGBTQ-themed film screenings to provide opportunities for employees to share values and freely exchange opinions with each other. In addition, a intranet site provides information to deepen understanding of sexual minorities and promote their understanding.

• Education and training
  We provide LGBTQ e-learning materials and loan out introductory textbooks that enable employees to learn about improving the workplace environment from “SOGI” perspective. In particular, we provide opportunities for new hires and newly appointed managers to learn about sexual minorities from the perspective of harassment and compliance. We also conduct unconscious bias training for all employees, a measure that helps create a workplace where diversity and individual values are respected.

• Support for Business for Marriage Equality (BME)
  Business for Marriage Equality is a campaign project started to accelerate the legalization of same-sex marriage from the business side by making companies that support marriage equality (legalization of same-sex marriage) visible. Sysmex has pledged its support to Business for Marriage Equality in the hope that it will be a step toward realizing a society in which all people can live happily and proudly in their own way.
