取り組み/Effort
e-learningによる「ダイバーシティ研修」やLGBTQ+の理解を深めるための講演会や社内イベントの開催に加え、東京レインボープライドなど社外イベントへの参加を継続して実施しています。
In addition to “diversity training” through e-learning and holding lectures and internal events to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, we continue to participate in external events such as Tokyo Rainbow Pride.

SIEはこの団体によるLGBTQ+に関する取り組みの評価指標「Pride指標」で最高評価の「ゴールド」を受賞しています。
