We are thrilled to join the celebration with all of you and introduce to you our Pride initiatives globally
and in Japan.

At BCG, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for our LGBTQ+ employees and clients. Our Pride@BCG community is well-established globally and expanding rapidly in Japan.
Through this community, we provide a platform for LGBTQ+ employees to connect, support one another, and drive change within BCG and beyond.

Our initiatives include sponsoring LGBTQ+ events and organizations, providing training and education on LGBTQ+-related topics, and advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and equality. In Japan, we are working closely with local organizations to support the LGBTQ+ community and raise awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all of BCG
employees, clients, and communities.

BCGでは、グローバルおよび日本におけるPrideイニシアチブを紹介することを誇りに思っています。当社は、LGBTQ+の従業員およびクライアントにとってインクルーシブで支援的な職場を創造することに取り組んでいます。Pride@BCGコミュニティは、グローバルでは既に確立されており、日本でも急速に拡大しています。このコミュニティを通じて、LGBTQ+の従業員が繋がり、支援し合い、BCGおよびそれ以上の範囲で変革を推進するためのプラットフォームを提供していきたいと考えています。
