LGBTQ+の平等に取り組みます
女性、男性、ノンバイナリーの人々で構成されるLGBTQ+コミュニティーは、人種、民族、能力、世代もさまざまに異なる多様なインターセクショナリティがある個人の集合体です。平等に向けた活動には進展も見られますが、まだまだ解決すべき問題が山積しているのも事実。ブルームバーグは、全社を挙げたルール作りや草の根レベルの啓蒙活動を通して、当事者である社員の体験からも学びながら平等な社会の実現を目指します。

日本でダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンの輪を広めます
